Nankör millî irade
İktidar, kalemleri ve sözcülerinin 7 Haziran sıkıntısı 1 Kasım’dan sonra da bitmeyecek gibi. Bugünleri dahî arayacağımız günler bizi bekliyor. Seçime daha iki ay var ve iktidarın gözü tamamen kararmış halde. Vicdanın, terbiyenin, mantığın yerlerde süründüğü, siyasî kelâmın bu kadar anlamsızlaştığı bir dönem hatırlamıyorum. Darbe dönemindeki ceberut paşaların dahî, faşist ama kendi çapında tutarlı bir siyaseti vardı. Daha neler işiteceğiz kim bilir. Bu iptidaîlik yarışında, bu sefil siyasette en hoşuma giden o kasaba siyasetçisi AKP’lilerin ve akıldanelerinin bütün siyasî iddialarını bina ettikleri temelleri kendilerinin yerle bir ediyor olması. Üç temelin ilki millî irade ile millî iradenin temsili, diğeri sandık demokrasisi, üçüncüsü mütedeyyin halkın sağduyusu. AKP yıllardır önceki dönemleri hedef alan intikamcı söylemini aşırı bir özgüven sayesinde millî iradeyi temsil, sandığın hükmü ve çoğunluğun sağduyusu temelleri üzerine bina etti. 7 Haziran’da bu temeller yerlerinden oynayınca şaşıp kaldılar ve temelleri sorgulamaya başladılar. Ama o temeller dışında AKP’nin bir anlam ifade etmediğini fark edemediler.
Bakalım millî irade ve temsiline. İddianın mesneti AKP’nin aldığı oydu. Çoğunluğu temsil eden ve devletin bütün iplerini elinde tutan AKP için geriye kalanlar gayrımillî idi artık. Siyasî hedefleri de, tıpkı Gayrımüslimlere ihtida dayatmasında olduğu gibi, “bir gün herkes AKP’li olacak” idi. 7 Haziran’da bu irade ve temsiliyet bitti. Esasen hiçbir zaman %50 üzerinde mutlak çoğunluğa sahip olmasa da meclisteki çoğunluk kaybedilince elde mesnet olarak bir tek cumhurbaşkanlığı seçiminde hâliyle %50 üstü olan oy kaldı. Zaten bu sayede Erdoğan, gelmiş geçmiş bütün otokratlar gibi dönüp dolaşıp millî iradenin kendisinden ibaret olduğunu söyleyen aşamaya geldi. Bu aralar ne zaman ağzını açsa “beni millî irade seçti” diyor. Hatta millî iradeyi kendisinden başka kimsenin temsil edemeyeceğini iddia etme aşamasının kıyısında. Bu, AKP çoğunluğu alamayacağı için 1 Kasım sonrasında ya da seçim iptal olursa öncesinde ayyuka çıkacaktır. Yalnız şu var ki bu millî irade siyasetin sıfır noktasıdır.
Diğer temel sandığın hükmü. Bıktırasıya “sıkıysa sandıkta karşımıza gelin” ayarlarını dinleye dinleye 7 Haziran’a gelindi. Sonuç kat’iyen beklendiği gibi olmadı. Sandıktan arzu edilen sonuç çıkmayınca da mızmızlanmaya başladılar. Zaten %10 barajına asılmalarından belliydi. En ilginci de KKTC’de cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimini kazanmış olan Akıncı’ya Erdoğan’ın verdiği ayar ve Akıncı’nın soğukkanlılıkla “ben seçim kazandım” cevabıydı. Hâsılı kelam muktedirin 7 Haziran seçim sonucunu beğenmeyeceği açıktı. Bugün de AKP Meclis’te çoğunluğu elde edene dek seçim yaptırma absürtlüğüne gitmesi mümkün. Yalnız şu var ki, bu kafayla gidilirse sonuç, sandığın külliyen iptali olur. Nitekim Anayasa 78.madde uyarınca savaş durumunda seçim iptali mümkün, eh AKP de içsavaşı başlattı zaten…
Üçüncüsü mütedeyyin halkın sağduyusu. CHP’li Onur Öymen’in 22 Temmuz 2011 seçimi sonrası söylediklerini hatırlayın: “Eğer siz sıkıntı, açlık çekmenize rağmen hayatınızdan hiç memnun olmamanıza rağmen, sabahtan akşama kadar her gün hükümeti eleştirmenize rağmen gidip de hükümet partisine oy veriyorsanız, bu işte mantıkla açıklanmayacak bir şey var demektir. (…) AKP’nin seçimi kazanması mantıkla izah edilemez. Bunda rasyonel olmayan sebepler aramak gerekir.”
HDP’nin barajı geçmesini sağlayan etkenlerden biri kuşkusuz önceki seçimlerde AKP’ye oy veren dindar Kürt seçmenin HDP’ye yönelmesiydi. AKP bunu tıpkı Onur Öymen’in ifadesinde görüldüğü gibi Kemalistlerin “yanılan, şaşıran, tuzağa düşen seçmenin irrasyonel tavrı” gibi okumayı tercih etti. Yenilenecek seçimde seçmenin doğruyu bulmasını sağlamak üzere memleketi felâkete sürükleyen adımları atmaktan dahî kaçınmaması bundan. Yalnız şu var ki tıpkı halefi Kemalistler gibi “halka güven olmaz” diyen AKP’nin sonu da Kemalistler gibi olacak.

The Austrian police on Thursday discovered the bodies of more than 70 refugees in a truck abandoned on the hard shoulder of a motorway. Minister of the Interior Johanna Mikl-Leitner has said asylum seekers with a chance of being allowed to stay should be permitted to enter the EU legally. The United States State Department has voiced its concern over the arrest of two British journalists and their translator in Diyarbakır, urging Turkey to revise its actions to match up with democratic values
Sözcü, a Turkish newspaper fiercely critical of the government, has left the slots for opinion columns on its front page empty to protest the government’s “increasing pressure.”
