Türkiye’de İnternet’in Durumu 2015 Raporu

2015 yılı içinde yitirdiğimiz, İnternet’te haklar ve özgürlüklerin savunucusu değerli üyemiz Özgür Uçkan’ın anısına saygılarımızla ithaf ediyoruz…

Alternatif Bilişim Derneği olarak her yıl düzenli olarak hazırlamaya çalıştığımız Türkiye’de İnternet’in Durumu 2015 Raporu’nu, yedi alt başlık altında hazırladık. 2015 yılında genel olarak yeni medya ortamlarında ifade özgürlüğünün gerek teknik olarak engellendiğini gerekse devletin ideolojik aygıtı olarak hukuk mekanizmalarının kullanılarak daraltıldığını söyleyebiliriz. Raporda düzenli olarak yer verdiğimiz konulara yeni alt konular ekledik: medya aktivizmi, trollük ve siber zorbalık, Türkiye’de özgür yazılım ve çevrimiçi sanat…

Raporda yer alan konu başlıkları sırasıyla şunlardır:
