The first public screening of Punto24’s new documentary was held at the Swedish Consulate in Istanbul to mark the World Press Freedom Day on 3 May, 2015.

Governor Hüseyin Avni Coş has filed a complaint against a university student, Meral Tutcalı. Tutcalı shared an entry saying: “Governor Hüseyin Avni Coş declared his autonomy. He’s even more bombastic than President Erdoğan,” on Zaytung website.
Lawyer Umut Kılıç has been arrested for saying “You are fascist Erdoğan’s men” to the judges during the juridical interview in which he participated to be judge. Ankara Bar Association has explained that Turkey is ruled by Fascists in their written statement.
The Turkish court that ordered the release of 75 policemen ‘has taken instructions from Pennsylvania’ [where Islamic cleric Fethullah Gülen is based] a week ago; we have the [voice] recordings,’ PM Davutoğlu has said.
