An explosion rocked the Turkish city of Suruc, near the Syrian border on Monday, killing at least 28 people and injuring 100 others

Suruc, Turkish Town Near Border With Syria, Is Rocked by Deadly Blast
An explosion at a cultural center, the cause of which was not immediately clear, killed at least 27 people and wounded 100 others, the Interior Ministry said.
Ministers are going to the scene after the explosion in Southeast of Turkey. Peoples’ Democratic Party held an emergency meeting while politicians and nongovernmental organizations condemn the attackers.
